Every Consultant is Bilingual in Spanish and English We visit your home on a monthly basis. We clean your Mini Split filters as part of your package. We do a whole home inspection and check your water filter system.  We normally spend about 30 min-1 hour depending on the size of the property. To inspect and input all photos and information. We keep and send documentation for each visit.  If there is and issue we will recommend the fixes and will set up a time to get it fixed.  Together with proactive maintenance and job completion, your handyman consultant will offer you advice on how to keep your home in good working order. There is no per-visit charge for your routine handyman appointments, and all labor for that visit is covered. The monthly membership fee is $50 for a Basic monthly plan.  
The team of specialists at Legacy Home Solutions is also at your disposal. For larger projects that call for an expert or arise unanticipatedly,  Legacy Home Solutions can find suppliers and handle the whole procedure on your behalf. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the specialty vendor's costs. This also holds true for appliances that are built-in. Legacy Home Solutions may arrange for an appliance specialist to fix or suggest a replacement in the event that an appliance breaks. Additionally, you will have access to the App, which allows you to schedule appointments, send queries to our team and your handyman at any time, and add new things to your to-do list. Start with a complimentary walk-through to discuss your to-do list, meet your handyperson, and complete a task.

Our consultants are capable of  scheduling plumbing and electrical repairs as well as general housekeeping duties, all the way to new an addition or new storm shutters installation. No Job is to small or to large. All payment will go through Legacy Home Solutions. 

 We'll get in touch with the appropriate vendor and handle the procedure on your behalf when a work does call for an expert. You bear the cost of these expenses.

In each membership month, members are permitted to schedule their handyman once. After that each visit will be a $20 fee.   Additionally, our crew and your Consultant will be accessible to you via the app at any time for any kind of question.

 

Every handyperson goes through a rigorous screening procedure that includes a background check, an in-person evaluation, and an assessment for quality, service, and friendliness. We also regularly offer opportunities for training. Our Consultants and handymen take pleasure in their work, have several years of expertise in the field, and love working with homeowners.
